The Cat Commission has officially been established to oversee all matters feline, from deciding whether or not cats should wear tiny bow ties to regulating the national purr frequency. Their motto? 'Paws for Thought.' And if they ever need a breather, just look out for them taking a sunbeam nap in the afternoon!
